Data Systems Integration Group is ISO 9001 certified in our Design, Development, Implementation and Maintenance of Software Products and Applications. We are an Ohio certified Minority-Owned Business, currently employing more than 225 Technical Professional resources. DSIG has been providing professional Information Technology (IT) consulting services and software solutions to government agencies and Fortune 500 small to large corporations for more than 15 years.
We provide Managed Services for our clients by providing the skilled technical staff with the industry knowledge and technical expertise to assist our clients with addressing their Management Operations needs and running their business in an efficient, productive, and cost-effective manner.
In addition to services, our software for the Healthcare Industry supports Government and Commercial entities by providing comprehensive and easy-to-use Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) cloud solutions for Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). DSIG also specializes in providing our clients with high-end technical professional staffing.
Our staff are highly skilled Professional Technical Resources. DSIG has been providing IT Technical Staff and full lifecycle projects for more than 15 State of Ohio Cabinet Agencies, as well as commercial clients in and around Ohio. Examples of the commercial companies that we work with include Deloitte Consulting, IBM, Microsoft Consulting Services, CGI Technologies and Solutions, Conduent State Healthcare, Nationwide Insurance, American Electric Power (AEP), and Designer Brands/Designer Shoe Warehouse.

Executive Team
Our Professionals
DSIG was founded in 2006 by Chad Chalumalla and Maddy Narahari. Both of these founders have more than 30 years of combined, real-world experience in software development, project management and IT systems and infrastructure. Chad and Maddy are hands-on and work to ensure that DSIG has the necessary IT resources skill sets and that the IT solutions remain current. They incorporate best practices in all they do.

Chandrashekar (Chad) Chalumalla
President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Chandrashekar (Chad) Chalumalla is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of DSIG. His vision has been simple and consistent throughout the years—it is all about doing what is best for the customers. Mr. Chalumalla is responsible for making DSIG’s major corporate decisions, managing the company's financial resources, and acting as the main point of communication between the company owners and executives. Mr. Chalumalla has over 20 years of IT experience. Before co-founding DSIG, he had a distinguished career in the government and private sector. Mr. Chalumalla earned his Master’s degree in Computer Science from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.

Madhukar (Maddy) Narahari
Sr. Vice President & Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Madhukar (Maddy) Narahari is the Chief Information Officer for DSIG. He works closely with the CEO, VP of Operations and other DSIG Executives to establish business objectives and determine which technologies DSIG needs to achieve our goals and support our clients. He ensures DSIG staff is up to date on new IT software and sets the technical direction for DSIG’s IT solutions implemented internally and with our clients. Maddy has more than twenty years of hands-on experience in IT. He also holds a degree in Information Technology. In addition, he has more than ten years of experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and more than five years of direct experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) software systems.

Nola M. Haug
Sr. Vice President Operations
Nola Haug is the Strategic Advisor for DSIG. In her role, she provides advice, coaching and mentoring for DSIG Executives and Managers. In addition, she maintains relationships with strategic business partners. Before joining DSIG, Ms. Haug was a former executive at CGI Technologies and Solutions, Inc. for more than 10 years. She focused on Public Sector account management. In addition, she has spent 10 years working for the Federal Government in roles performing systems analysis and design, delivery management and program and vendor management of large, multi-million-dollar, complex IT contracts. Nola has a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in Accounting.

Vanaja Baddam
Vice President, Software Specialist & Subject Matter Expert
Vanaja Baddam is the Software Specialist & Subject Matter Expert for DSIG. Vanaja has nearly 10 years of experience working directly in the Healthcare field. In addition, she has more than 12 years as a Technical Architect, supporting more than twenty 20 clients and approximately 10 platforms in the Healthcare industry. Vanaja’s primary focus has been with DSIG’s RevolutionDX Electronic Laboratory Information Management Systems (eLIMS) and Pathlogix. She develops and maintains client relationships and works with DSIG’s internal staff and client staff to define functional and technical business requirements for implementing DSIG’s healthcare solutions. She utilizes her experience as a technical architect to work with clients to manage, train, configure, design, develop, test and deploy software systems. She implements suggested improvements, conversions, and long-term maintenance and support.

Shane Collier
Vice President, Strategic Partners/Engagement Manager
Shane Collier is the Vice President of Strategic Partners Engagement Manager for DSIG. He is responsible for optimizing profitable revenue growth, client engagement and satisfaction and financial management. In addition, Mr. Collier manages partner relationships and is responsible for co-developing the client engagement technical strategy. Mr. Collier has 24 years as an IT professional with proven success in delivering business and technology solutions to many businesses. He has an excellent performance record in establishing and leading teams in managing large-scale, complex and diverse programs. He is recognized for high staffing performance, customer-centric teams, and achieving successful results. Mr. Collier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in the Management of Computer Information Systems and isa Certified PMI Project Management Professional (PMP).

Lori A. Wildes
Vice President
Lori Wildes is a Vice President at DSIG, overseeing its public sector business. Ms. Wildes primarily supports the State of Ohio Government agencies. Prior to joining DSIG, Ms. Wildes held positions as an Account Manager with multiple companies within the State and Local government and commercial business. In addition, she launched the State of Ohio’s managed services contract to all state agencies, counties, municipalities, and higher education institutions. Her industry experience, along with her staffing knowledge, has enabled Ms. Wildes to be an expert in the field, providing highly skilled, qualified candidates to DSIG’s clients. Ms. Wildes has an Associate’s degree in Business.

Manoj Kumar
Senior Recruiting Manager
Manoj Kumar is a Senior Recruiting Manager for DSIG. In his role, he focuses on Management Operations, Talent Acquisitions and Management, Client and Employee Relations and Engagement, Organizational Development Interventions, Learning and Development, Retentions, Training, and Mentoring with hands-on experience in recruiting. Mr. Kumar has a good understanding of the whole lifecycle process in the recruitment of consultants, their direct interactions with the client, and expertise in screening and evaluating candidates. Mr. Kumar obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Osmania University.

Alisha Gharbi
Account Manager
Alisha Gharbi is an Account Manager for DSIG with a passion for customer service and a drive for excellence. Ms. Gharbi heavily supports the Executive Team and many of DSIG’s consultants in Ohio and throughout the United States. Her current role largely supports our talented Sales Team. Ms. Gharbi is often involved in the on-boarding of new team members and maintaining excellent client and consultant relationships.

Cindy Talton
Human Resource Director
Cindy Talton is the Human Resources Director for DSIG. She is responsible for overseeing employee on-boarding, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations and participation in the recruitment and selection processes. Ms. Talton has focused her career and interests in Human Resources and has a great passion for serving others. She has 22+ years of experience as an HR Professional supporting various industries. Ms. Talton earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.

Donna Damron
Executive Assistant
Donna Damron is the Executive Assistance for DSIG. She has worked in this field for over 20 years and has extensive experience. Having held positions in the legal, medical and business areas, Ms. Damron can utilize her skills to meet various needs of the managers within the company, vendors and employees. In addition, she increases efficiency and assists in developing many internal processes that have proven to be an asset to DSIG’s internal and external staff and vendors. Ms. Damron actively participates in many local organizations supporting multiple fund-raising and community events.
