DSIG has been providing professional Information Technology (IT) consulting services and software solutions to government agencies and Fortune 500 small to large corporations for more than 15 years.
We provide Managed Services for our clients by providing the skilled technical staff with the industry knowledge and technical expertise to assist our clients with addressing their Management Operations needs and running their business in an efficient, productive, and cost-effective manner.
In addition to services, our software for the Healthcare Industry supports Government and Commercial entities by providing comprehensive and easy-to-use Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) cloud solutions for Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS). DSIG also specializes in providing our clients with high-end technical professional staffing.
Our staff are highly skilled Professional Technical Resources. DSIG has been providing IT Technical Staff and full lifecycle projects for more than 15 State of Ohio Cabinet Agencies, as well as commercial clients in and around Ohio. Examples of the commercial companies that we work with include Deloitte Consulting, IBM, Microsoft Consulting Services, CGI Technologies and Solutions, Conduent State Healthcare, Nationwide Insurance, American Electric Power (AEP), and Designer Brands/Designer Shoe Warehouse.

Our Professionals
DSIG was founded in 2006 by Chad Chalumalla and Maddy Narahari. Both of these founders have more than 30 years of combined, real-world experience in software development, project management and IT systems and infrastructure. Chad and Maddy are hands-on and work to ensure that DSIG has the necessary IT resources skill sets and that the IT solutions remain current. They incorporate best practices in all they do.
President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Chandrashekar (Chad) Chalumalla is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of DSIG. His vision has been simple and consistent throughout the years—it is all about doing what is best for the customers. Mr. Chalumalla is responsible for making DSIG’s major corporate decisions, managing the company's financial resources, and acting as the main point of communication between the company owners and executives. Mr. Chalumalla has over 20 years of IT experience. Before co-founding DSIG, he had a distinguished career in the government and private sector. Mr. Chalumalla earned his Master’s degree in Computer Science from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
Sr. Vice President & Chief Information Officer (CIO)
Madhukar (Maddy) Narahari is the Chief Information Officer for DSIG. He works closely with the CEO, VP of Operations and other DSIG Executives to establish business objectives and determine which technologies DSIG needs to achieve our goals and support our clients. He ensures DSIG staff is up to date on new IT software and sets the technical direction for DSIG’s IT solutions implemented internally and with our clients. Maddy has more than twenty years of hands-on experience in IT. He also holds a degree in Information Technology. In addition, he has more than ten years of experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and more than five years of direct experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) software systems.
Sr. Vice President Contracts / Strategic Advisor
Nola Haug brings extensive expertise to her dual roles as DSIG’s Executive Contracts Manager and Strategic Advisor. With a comprehensive career spanning over 20 years, including more than two decades as a Contracts Officer, Ms. Haug has a deep-seated foundation in the field. She has spent over a decade as an executive at CGI Technologies and Solutions, Inc., focusing on public sector account management, complemented by another ten years in various federal government roles specializing in systems analysis, design, delivery management, and program and vendor management of large, complex IT contracts. Ms. Haug is well-versed in the intricacies of contract negotiation and compliance. At DSIG, she leads the contracts team in negotiating, reviewing, and finalizing agreements, ensuring adherence to legal standards and company policies while also mitigating risks and resolving disputes. Her strategic support ensures that project teams have the right skills and resources from initiation through implementation, surpassing client expectations. Additionally, she provides invaluable advice, coaching, and mentoring to DSIG executives and managers and maintains relationships with key business partners. Ms. Haug holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a minor in accounting.
Sr. Vice President of Operations
As Senior Vice President of Operations at DSIG, Shane Collier drives the company’s operational strategy and execution, ensuring optimal efficiency and service excellence across all business units. With over 20 years of experience in the IT sector, Shane leads DSIG's operational improvements, developing scalable solutions that support the company’s growth and align with its long-term strategic vision. Shane maintains and enhances relationships with key partners, ensuring DSIG meets and exceeds client expectations. He oversees all aspects of operational risk management, ensuring business continuity and acting as the primary contact for resolving major operational challenges. In his role, Shane implements company-wide policies, drives process optimization, and ensures adherence to industry regulations and best practices. His focus on innovation and operational efficiencies contributes to maximizing value and maintaining a competitive edge in the industry. Additionally, he collaborates closely with department heads to set performance goals, streamline workflows, and ensure that organizational resources are used effectively. Holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Management of Computer Information Systems, Shane’s ability to integrate technological advancements with operational strategy has consistently improved service delivery, client satisfaction, and overall business performance. His leadership continues to position DSIG as a top-tier provider in the IT consulting industry.
Sr. Vice President, Product Software Engineer
Vanaja Baddam is the Product Software Engineer for DSIG. Vanaja has nearly 10 years of experience working directly in the Healthcare field. In addition, she has more than 12 years as a Technical Architect, supporting more than twenty 20 clients and approximately 10 platforms in the Healthcare industry. Vanaja’s primary focus has been with DSIG’s RevolutionDX Electronic Laboratory Information Management Systems (eLIMS) and Pathlogix. She develops and maintains client relationships and works with DSIG’s internal staff and client staff to define functional and technical business requirements for implementing DSIG’s healthcare solutions. She utilizes her experience as a technical architect to work with clients to manage, train, configure, design, develop, test and deploy software systems. She implements suggested improvements, conversions, and long-term maintenance and support.
Vice President , Revenue Cycle Management
As Vice President of Revenue Cycle Management for DSIG, Jodie leads the revenue cycle team to maximize reimbursements, reduce denial rates, optimize net collection ratios through system billing audit review, ensure patient eligibility accuracy, claim preparation and scrubbing, claim submission, payment posting, denial management, follow up on Accounts Receivable, credentialing and provider enrollments, auditing and reporting. With over 20 years of experience Jodie has worked in the Behavioral Health industry Pre-Redesign and Managed Care in the State of Ohio. She has a wealth of knowledge in billing matrix functions that cross-references clients, services and reimbursement rules which translate unstructured billing policies into actionable data. This ensures uniform invoicing, prevents revenue leakage, and serves as a vital training tool for the revenue cycle team. Ms. Harrington holds a degree in early childhood education.
HR/Payroll Administrator
Meena Ramamoorthy serves as the Human Resources (HR) and Payroll Administrator at DSIG, where she plays a key role of the full employee lifecycle. She oversees employee onboarding, compensation, and benefits administration, training and professional development, and employee relations. Meena helps shape DSIG’s recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the company attracts and retains top-tier professionals. In addition to her recruitment efforts, Meena fosters a positive and productive workplace culture, addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication to resolve challenges. Her proactive approach to HR strategy aligns with DSIG's broader operational goals, enhancing both employee satisfaction and organizational efficiency. Meena brings valuable experience from previous roles in human resources, complemented by a master’s degree in business management and a minor in accounting. Her strategic HR expertise continues to support DSIG’s mission of excellence.
Sr. Recruiting Manager
Manoj Kumar is a Senior Recruiting Manager for DSIG. In his role, he focuses on Management Operations, Talent Acquisitions and Management, Client and Employee Relations and Engagement, Organizational Development Interventions, Learning and Development, Retentions, Training, and Mentoring with hands-on experience in recruiting. Mr. Kumar has a good understanding of the whole lifecycle process in the recruitment of consultants, their direct interactions with the client, and expertise in screening and evaluating candidates. Mr. Kumar obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Osmania University.
