Executive TeamOur Professionals
DSIG was founded in 2006 by Chad Chalumalla and Maddy Narahari. Both of these founders have more than 30 years of combined, real-world experience in software development, project management and IT systems and infrastructure. Chad and Maddy are hands-on and work to ensure that DSIG has the necessary IT resources skill sets and that the IT solutions remain current. They incorporate best practices in all they do.
Chandrashekar (Chad) Chalumalla is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of DSIG. Throughout the years, his vision has been simple and consistent—it is all about doing what is best for the customers. Mr. Chalumalla is responsible for making DSIG’s major corporate decisions, managing the financial resources of the company and acting as the main point of communication between the company owners and executives.
Mr. Chalumalla has over 20 years of IT experience. Prior to co-founding DSIG, he had a distinguished career in the government and private sector. Mr. Chalumalla earned his Master’s degree in Computer Science from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio.
Madahar (Maddy) Narahari is the co-founder, Senior Vice President and Chief Technical Officer of DSIG. He has a strong passion for entrepreneurship and customer service. Mr. Narahari is responsible for the management and development of new and existing software products and oversight of DSIG’s technological direction.
Mr. Narahari has over 15 years of IT experience. Prior to co-founding DSIG, he had a distinguished career in the retail and healthcare sectors. Mr. Narahari earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Kurukshetra, India
Nola Haug is the Chief Operating Officer for DSIG. In this role, she provides leadership, management and the vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, reporting structure, administrative processes, and structured policies and procedures, as well as the right team, to effectively grow the organization and ensure its financial strength.
Prior to joining DSIG, Ms. Haug was a former executive at CGI Technologies and Solutions, Inc. for more than 10 years. She focused on Public Sector account management for the State of Ohio. This account was the second-largest account in the National State Government practice. Ms. Haug also spent more than 10 years working for the Defense System Design Center in Columbus, Ohio, where she moved from systems analysis to delivery management and program and vendor management of large, multi-million dollar, complex IT contracts.
Ms. Haug regularly participates in and contributes to non-profit and faith-based organizations. She obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Accounting.
Shane Collier is the Vice President of Strategic Accounts for DSIG. He is responsible for optimizing profitable revenue growth, client engagement and satisfaction and financial management. Mr. Collier manages partner relationships and is responsible for co-developing the client engagement technical strategy.
Mr. Collier has 24 years as an IT professional with proven success in delivering business and technology solutions to a wide range of businesses. He has an excellent record of performance in establishing and leading teams in managing large-scale, complex and diverse programs. He is noted for staffing high performance, customer-centric teams, and achieving results.
Mr. Collier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in the Management of Computer Information Systems, is PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified since 2002 and was formerly a Microsoft Certified System’s Engineer plus Internet (MCSE+I) (expired). He is also a former Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Navy and is a veteran of the Persian Gulf War.
Lori Wildes is the Associate Vice President at DSIG, overseeing its public sector business. Ms. Wildes primarily supports the State of Ohio Government agencies.
Prior to joining DSIG, Ms. Wildes held positions as an Account Manager with EXCEL Management Systems, Compuware and KForce. In addition, she worked at Computer Aid Inc. as a Program Manager launching the State of Ohio’s managed services contract to all state agencies, counties, municipalities and higher education institutions. Her industry experience, along with her staffing knowledge, has enabled Ms. Wildes to be an expert in the field, providing highly skilled, qualified candidates to DSIG’s clients.
Ms. Wildes is involved in and supports charities such as the Down Syndrome Association of Central Ohio, Empty Bowls, the Children’s Hunger Alliance and the Alzheimer’s Association – Central Ohio Chapter. She obtained an Associate’s degree in Business.
Manoj Kumar is a Senior Recruiter Manager for DSIG with over 15 years of experience. In his role, he focuses on Management Operations, Talent Acquisitions and Management, Client and Employee Relations and Engagement, Organizational Development Interventions, Learning and Development, Retentions, Training and Mentoring with hands-on experience in recruiting. Mr. Kumar has a good understanding of the full lifecycle process in the recruitment of consultants, their direct interactions with the client and expertise in screening and evaluating candidates.
Prior to joining DSIG, Mr. Kumar worked as a Lead Recruiter and Recruiting Manager for companies like Prime Software Technologies, Brainhunter and CES. In this capacity, he handled top IT clients in all IT verticals. In 2001, Mr. Kumar obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Osmania University.
Alisha Gharbi is a Sales Support Coordinator for DSIG with a passion for customer service and a drive for excellence. Ms. Gharbi heavily supports the Executive Team and many of DSIG’s consultants in Ohio and throughout the United States. Her current role largely supports our talented Sales Team. Ms. Gharbi is often involved in the on-boarding of new team members and maintaining excellent client and consultant relationships.
Cindy Talton is the Human Resources Director for DSIG. She is responsible for overseeing employee on-boarding, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations and participation in the recruitment and selection processes.
Ms. Talton has focused her career and interests in Human Resources and has a great passion for serving others. She has 19+ years of experience as an HR Professional supporting various industries. Ms. Talton earned a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin Whitewater.
Donna Damron is the Executive Assistance for DSIG. She has worked in this field for over 20 years and has extensive experience. Having held positions in the legal, medical and business fields, Ms. Damron is able to utilize her skills to meet various needs of the managers within the company, vendors and employees. She continues to increase efficiency and develop many internal processes that have proven to be an asset to DSIG’s internal and external staff and vendors. Prior to joining DSIG, Ms. Damron worked for 12 years at State Teachers Retirement System Ohio.
Ms. Damron is active in many organizations in her community. She is part of a Making a Difference Outreach program where she helps feed the less fortunate and helps with various fund-raising events for Mission trips. She also participates in local events such as Pelotonia, Fight Against Cancer and other community events.
